DAVCC's Advance Management Research: An International Journal(AMRIJ) is an international, double blind peer-reviewed, annual journal of DAV Centenary College, Faridabad for management academics and practitioners. The AMRIJ's objective is to contribute substantially to the field of management research by providing a high-quality medium for the dissemination of new management knowledge and methods. Management scholars, practitioners and other interested groups and individuals are the target audience for the journal. The journal encourages the novel and visionary research, which can be from various fields of management and related disciplines.
